Conference attendance information

The KALC 2025 conference will be held in person at Lotte Hotel World, Seoul, Korea on November 6(Thu)-7(Fri), 2025.
Attendance at the conference is only possible in person, and remote participation is not available, so please ensure that you attend the conference in person.

STEPS FOR REGISTRATION SUBMISSION

  1. 01 Sign-up Register your ID(e-mail) and password and fill out personal information.
  2. 02 Registration After signing up, log-in with your account and choose registration category.
  3. 03 Payment Check the total amount and choose the payment method.
  4. 04 Confirmation Letter Check your e-mail for payment confirmation.
  5. 05 Completed

  • You are able to check the payment status of your registration at 'My Page'.
  • You can modify your personal information until Friday, October 3, 2025.
  • The registration fee includes the entrance to all lectures and sessions.
  • Group registration is available for any group of minimum 10 participants. Please fill in the group registration form and send it to the secretariat of KALC 2025 via e-mail at kalcic@innon.co.kr.
  • Payment for group registration is ONLY possible by bank transfer.
  • All registrants must sign up and register individually on the KALC 2025 website. Once the group registration fee has been deposited, we will process it as an approval.

Registration Confirmation

  • Registration confirmation letter will be sent to you via e-mail right after the completion of online registration.
  • Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the full payment.
  • Registration will not be accepted if full payment is not made.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please contact the secretariat at kalcic@innon.co.kr.

2) By Credit Card
Payment by credit card is available only through KALC International Conference 2025 website.
The payment status of your registration can be reviewed at ‘My Page.’

Cancellation

  • Cancellation can be requested through ‘My Page’, you must fill out and submit a refund request form.
  • Refund policy for the cancellation is as follows:
    Cancellation by Friday, October 3, 2025 : 100% refund (Bank service charges will be deducted.)
    Cancellation from Saturday, October 4, 2025 : No Refund

Note : All refunds will be processed after the conference. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
